The Horse Network will promote
the use of Virtual Auctions and Information Systems as well as
improvements in the use of services provided by horse-sector
support organisations at the European and global level.
The activities of the Network will be complementary to the
existing representative structure at the Community level, the
existing European and international scientific and technical
entities, such as EAAP and major stakeholders of the European
equine chain.
These institutions will be invited to participate to the
Network's meetings and to present their views on specific items
from their fields of competence.
Meetings of the Network will be held on the occasion of the EAAP
Annual Meetings and on the occasion of other important events.
The Network will report to the EAAP Council.
The Network will place on its agenda any matter requested by the
EAAP Council.
